I am a fibre artist,author living high up in the bleak countryside of the North Pennines. I have just finished a new book for Rowan with Quail Publishing. I develop the yarn Harwood Heritage sold locally from local sheep. I design for many European /Australasian/Scandinavian knitwear companies. I have a local studio and belong to many fibre art groups .New book Harwood Heritage is all design inspired from the locality and using local fleece processed into beautiful knitting yarns .
