I'm a woman who wears many hats. For the last 15 years I've been leading IT training in schools both nationally and internationally, working for Local Education Authorities and Software/Hardware providers, including Espresso, Promethean, Steljes, BAE, The British Council and a few others.
I've also managed to create my own personal brand, with a rather impressive following, I'm not quite sure how that happened but I've been described as 'influentially gobby' often being approached by brands.
Over the years, I've worked with the likes of Easyjet, AutoTrader, Trespass, Asda, Mountain Warehouse, Beko, Netflix, Persil, Sage and Thorpe Park to name a few. Through this journey I've learned a lot about Social Media/Content/Marketing and now apply this knowledge regularly, resulting in creatively effective online campaigns, whether the objective was to increase brand awareness or drive more traffic.
The majority of my work now involves supporting SMEs everything from; creating a Social Media Strategy, coordinating Blogger Outreach, managing Online Communities, writing Website Copy, creating/curating engaging content, setting up Paid Campaigns, monitoring Online Reputation, analyzing data, reporting and testing. I'm also very technically minded being proficient with most platforms including Wordpress, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and have a good working knowledge of SEO.
Very capable of working on my own, but also enjoy working as part of a team, often liaising with Webmasters, Graphic Designers and Copywriters. I'm also very 'client-friendly'.
