Cable Technician in Grafton, Wisconsin
I was born in Baraboo, WI and from an early age had and interest in technology and anything with a motor. I attended grade school at Our Savior Ev. Luth. School in Grafton,WI. I graduated from Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in 1996. During high school, I would spend my summers on the road with my dad who is a truck driver. I attribute my work ethic and my focus on my customers to those summers learning from my father. After high school, I spent 11 years working for Circuit City as anything from a television sales person to an operations manager. My favorite job for Circuit City was as a In Home Firedog Technician. After Circuit City closed, I got a position with a large cable company and am currently with that company as a service technician. My hobbies are moddifying electronics to their full potential and setting up my home as a more wired and connected home. I think that the devices that we use have more potential then the manufactures allow out of the box. I love finding out what I can really do with these devices and using them to give my family more entertainment options at home and away from home. I spent a full year backing up my DVD collection and making them available to be played on any device on my network. I have also modified my Wii game system so that all the games are stored on a hard drive attached to the Wii. The games are loaded and run from the hard drive. At $20 - $60 per game, I felt that this was a must with two small boys in the house.
