In the last 4 years my life has done a complete 180. I left a very successful 20-year career in hospitality, lost 30 lbs (and still going), quit smoking, and got hitched!

No matter what your age, BIG change is possible and as a professional coach and hypnotherapist, I'm honored to be a part of anyone's journey to the life they want to live.
