I love what I do

I have a passion for sharing the transformative power of intentional touch with others through my massage practice and everyday life. I am compassionate about people and our personal journeys. Reflection has taught me my challenges were opportunities.

In 2009 I changed careers, searching for a deeper meaning in life and hoping to further define my purpose, I found this practicing Massage. It continues to be an amazing journey. I am filled with gratitude for the work I am privileged to do. I have learned that bodywork can help bring about emotional healing as well as physical healing. My work and life have been transformed by my experience with Lomi Lomi Sacred Massage.

Body,mind and spirit are inextricably connected; they cannot be separated. I work with each individual to find the perfect fusion of technique and presence and invite them to move forward in life with strength and joy.

Massage is a physical medium, but I believe that all bodywork is both a spiritual act and a physical act. When we are fully and deeply connected to our body, we cannot help but be connected to the earth and to the greater universe. Anxiety changes to peace, pain to pleasure, estrangement to connection,it releases fears and reaffirms, gives us space and strength to face our personal challenges. I love to work retreats. When we come from a place of love, anything is possible. I love being barefoot, reading out loud, exploring, listening to ocean waves, raspberries and dark chocolate.

I hold a business degree,Chef Diploma, Ayurvedic Health practitioner Certificate, I had a Mystery bookstore and I continue to study and learn about life, presence, meditation, yoga and bodywork.
