Christa Casillas

Christa Casillas is a teacher in Nevada with over 17 years of experience. Since 2002, she has been working with children and teenagers of all ages to provide them the best possible education she can offer. She has developed a unique classroom management style that’s appropriate for each age group she comes across; this has developed as she gained more experience. Christa makes the effort to reach out and communicate with the parents of the students she teaches so that they can all collaborate on educational success.

When she’s not teaching, Christa Casillas does her part in her community by volunteering with a variety of organizations. She is particularly passionate about advocating for homeless services—Christa has done her part in this regard by helping pass out food, clothing, hygiene products, and critical resources to homeless adults and youth.
