Christa Huffstickler

Christa Huffstickler has been in the real estate field for 10 years, earned her Brokers license in 2009, and is currently the Vice President of Sales for Morris and Raper Real Estate Consultants.

Specializing in developer and bank representation, her skills and experience prove to be invaluable in new project launches, revival of existing marketing campaigns, exit strategy solutions, onsite sales agent training, agent management and electronic marketing. For over a decade Christa has worked with diverse residential real estate including condominiums, townhomes, single family, and mixed use products.

Having acquired valuable knowledge pertaining to every aspect of the sales, marketing, and home building process Christa implements these skills into buyer, seller, bank, & builder representation, effectively positioning them for successful purchases and sales. With an emphasis on urban and adaptive reuse, she has successfully and effectively partnered with her clients to assist in repositioning of projects based on real-time market analysis of product and sales, while executing strategic business development plans.

Winner of Atlanta Homebuilders Association’s coveted Obie Award in 2005, and continuously excelling in individual average sales exceeding $25 Million per year, Christa continuously expands her skills gaining certifications from the National Association of Realtors including E-Pro, Accredited Buyer Representative and Short Sale/Foreclosure certification designations.

Christa graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. She has been an active participant with Atlanta Habitat for Humanity since 2005, The Arthritis Foundation since 2008, Piedmont Park Conservancy, The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association, the ABR Governmental and Community Affairs Committee, REBAC & RPAC.
