After many years of IT Project Management and fighting the stresses of the corporate world I took the proverbial plunge and reinvented myself as a cultural tourist guide. As such, my aim is to provide tourists and local foodies with memorable food and wine experiences within the beautiful surrounds of the various Cape wine routes.
