Christen Nguyen

Hello, I'm Christen and I am 18 years old. I live in San Jose where I attend James Lick High School. I'll be studying computer science and engineering in the fall at Santa Clara University.
I'm pretty involved at school where I am the Senior Class and Environmental Club Secretary and also an active member of the Prom Committee.
On the weekends, I go to church in San Francisco where I play piano during service. At the church, I am part of a band with four others where we mostly play covers of popular songs and Muse. I am a music fanatic and I play the piano, guitar, and bass. I'm always on the lookout for new artists to add to my collection and am always listening to someone new every week.
Only recently have I begun cooking more frequently due to the limited good eats available in my household. I've been making a lot of jambalaya and pasta and tomatoes have become a great favorite. My weight gain can be directly attributed to this great intake of carbs.
Some of my favorite shows are Doctor Who, Sherlock, Arrested Development, IT Crowd, and Adventure Time. My favorite artists include Muse, The Strokes, Arctic Monkeys, Hot Hot Heat, Phantom Planet, Two Door Cinema Club and other indie rock artists.
I spend my free time browsing Imgur for funnies, cats, and sloths. Sometimes, if I feel up to it, I go rollerblading around the neighbourhood. I also love reading and playing DDR.
