Christen Saptou

I have a passion for fashion. I am a photographer, and designer. I take great delight in advertising and organising events and designing anything from posters to garments.

Through studying Textiles, and Media at Long Road Sixth Form College, I have become skilful in Adobe software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. I also have technical experience in making of a garment from adapting patterns, machine sewing, laser cutter and 3D printing.

My experience includes working along side assisting a sole trader in South Afica tailoring and designing fair well gowns. I also have made several garments in the past. Other work experience I have gained is in advertising for a small business called Backstitch working on their campaign strategy. Photography I have played both parts of being on each side of the set from the one whose taken the photos to directing a set to modelling. Apart from still imagery I have produced, written and directed: animated work, documentaries.
