After moving out of the area Christi was able to utilize the valuable experience gained at this company to further her career.

She worked in Real Estate for an area top-producing office and earned the Rookie of the Year Award. Her career then led her to work for a state-of-the-art medical company where top referrals and profitability was achieved. She earned national rankings and company recognition for achievements in her career.

Christi has made great organizational contributions beyond her sales and marketing roles. She served on six sigma teams that studied forcasting models. She was appointed a leader on a task to fix manufacturing logistical issues that were hindering shipments into a major account. She identified ways to reduce costs by over 25%. Perhaps her greatest achievement was finding a $250,000 error in a different department within her first 30 days of employment. Identifying organizational efficiency has become one of her strentghs.
