Christian Bobadilla is Director of Fraud Operations, Product & Application Security at Shutterstock, where he helps turn security into a strategic advantage rather than a roadblock. With almost two decades in cybersecurity, his work sits at the intersection of fraud prevention, AI security, and platform protection. He focuses on modernizing how organizations defend themselves and integrate AI into their operations.

For more than 11 years, he has worked closely with hackers through bug bounty programs, pairing that hands on perspective with a strong application security background. More recently, his focus has expanded into securing AI powered systems and workflows, from evaluating AI driven tools to thinking through the new risks they introduce. He has led everything from incident response acceleration to enterprise security transformation, and he is just as focused on building teams people actually want to work on as he is on the technical wins.

Christian is bilingual in English and Spanish and is based in New York City. Outside of work, he is usually behind a camera, out for a run, at the ping pong table, or planning the next trip. He is always looking for the next great shot, challenge, or adventure.
