Associate Professor in Industrial Marketing

My research is concerned with service infusion and innovation, business development, solutions marketing, and value creation strategies. In particular, I study how manufacturing firms strategically can manage service-led growth in order to achieve long-term competitive advantage. For over ten years, I have worked with leading global enterprises in various B2B industries.

I teach at intermediate (BSc), advanced (MSc/MBA), and PhD level in Finland and Sweden.

I serve as Associate Editor of Journal of Services Marketing and the Expert Research Panel Chair on Servitization for the Journal of Service Management.
