Christian Searcy

President and CEO of Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley PA, Christian D. Searcy has been a Florida injury attorney for over four decades. He has litigated cases primarily involving catastrophic injury and death, and at the age of 29, he was distinguished as the youngest lawyer in the United States to achieve a $1 million verdict in a single personal injury lawsuit. Mr. Searcy has since been awarded the "War Horse Award" from the Southern Trial Lawyers Association, the Perry Nichols Award from the Florida Justice Association, and is recognized as one of the "legal elite" by Florida Trend Magazine as well as named one of the top lawyers in South Florida Legal Guide.
