Christian Fermahin
Aiea, Hawaii
Hi, I am new to the online marketing community as a husband to a beautiful wife and father of 4 amazing children. I am born and raised in Aiea, Hawaii and currently 36 years old. My family and I love the ocean and have surfed all our lives. As a Christian, I serve our Lord Jesus Christ and have been saved by the Holy Spirit and know that all things are possible through Him.
I have had a lot of experience in the direct sales model through the last 12 years in the insurance industry with a company called Aflac. I started in their entry level position as an associate and have made my way up through the ranks until exiting in 2012 as a Regional Sales Coordinator. The corporate life was not for me in the traditional sense as a proclaimed ambitiously lazy guy who can get things done. Speaking of which I am an avid follower of David Allen's GTD methodology and have been engaged with it for the last 12 years as well.
This experience with the GTD methodology coupled with Evernote has had a profound impact on our life so we decided to start an administrative service organization to help other businesses get organized. We have found that the office staff is often times overwhelmed by the stuff they have to deal with and a lot of them have way too much drag on their systems. We have taken on several projects locally in Hawaii coaching our own spin of the GTD methodology and I have been pleased with the results. You can hear more about it at our website www.hileveladvisory.com.
Recently I have taken a liking to the possibility of online business success. I have heard authors like John Lee Dumas and what he is doing with entrepreneur on fire. It is really exciting stuff to me. I am not afraid of hard work but, I just want to be working the right kind of system like the one that can be built with this online community of like minded people. The success that can be achieved by my motto of "be yourself, do your best, and treat others how you want to be treated" is how I will approach the Wealthy Affiliate program and my future online business and marketing strategy.
I am excited to share the journey and as Bob Marley says- "there is work to be done, so lets do it a little by little". Hope to see you all at one of these WA conventions as a qualifier very soon and celebrate the accomplishment with you all.
Aloha,
