Christian Ampania

I'm a teacher, a student, and an awkward goofball who loves everyone to the point that it's "a problem."

I'm like a kid in that every day, I wake up excited about doing what I'm passionate about--helping people enhance their lives through fitness and training.

I help teach and inspire young trainers at the National Personal Training Institute of Sacramento, located inside of the Academy Training and Performance Center (where I have the privilege of helping people reach their fitness goals in large group, small group, and 1-on-1 settings).
