Christian Arnold

I am the founder of Islanders Hockey Blog and the New York Islanders correspondent for NHL Hot Stove. I am a credentialed blogger with the New York Islanders and I spent the 2010-2011 season covering the team, interview players and coaches, and writing features and game stories for both websites.

I work at WCWP 88.1, the radio station for C.W Post Long Island University, hosting a hockey show called the Power Play that covers the New York area hockey teams. I also engineered sports broadcasts, cut highlights, and did color commentary for the C.W Post Pioneers mens and women’s Lacrosse teams. I spent a brief time writing for the Pioneer, the campus newspaper of C.W Post, Long Island University, covering the women’s soccer team and volleyball team

I am currently in my sophomore year of college at C.W Post, Long Island University majoring in Journalism.
