I have supported people in various roles since December 2002, specialising in supporting people into employment, education or training in a multi-professional setting. This includes working with young people who are in custody and vulnerable adults in the community. Has extensive knowledge and skills in working with people who are or have been 'Looked After' especially those with special educational needs (SEN) and additional needs (AEN). I am a member of The Institute of Career Guidance (ICG) and the Institute for Youth Work (IYW). Currently working closely with community groups in offering support to the long term unemployed.
