Christian Chandler

Christian has over 14 years of Bay Area, high-tech experience as a technology integrator and manager for both private and public companies. Most notably, he was key in implementing a help desk ticket and telephony system to a new enterprise Remedy installation which was exclusively credited for over a 150% increase in satisfaction in ticket resolution, nearly a 40% reduction in product returns and a wealth of QA metrics previously unavailable. The later had it’s own wide reaching benefits ranging from product development, shipping and marketing leading to a better ROI for R&D.; Christian is currently working on several Bay Area company ventures ranging from SAS to multimedia. Christian moved to the Bay Area in 1991 to attend San Jose State University and has called the Bay Area home ever since. He currently resides in the East Bay with his growing family.
