I have a specific knowledge of the violin and theory of music which I learned at the Waldemar de Almeida Institute of Music.

The experience in my research and methods of production of adapted materials (for the musical education of blind and visually impaired), is in the field of study of soprano recorder, and music scores, with application to braille music.

Due to my experiences and interest in the work with persons with impairments, or disabilities, and in an attempt to reduce the difficulties imposed by impairment or disability, I am currently studying to enter in the health area. My area of interest is the study of medicine, with particular focus in the study of gynecology, obstetrics, humanization of healthcare, and palliative care.

Overall, my research interests include musical training for the blind and visually impaired, music score production in braille music, perception of braille music, performance of the intervener musician in health (humanization of healthcare and palliative care). I have a particular interest in studies related to the childbirth process as well as pregnancy and postpartum period.

And in my leisure time, I like to share time with family and friends, I love working with plants (I have an adoration for ipê), I like to play violin and viola, listen to music (in particular, historical recordings of operas, oratories, cantatas, chamber music, concerts and early music – medieval music and renaissance music).
