  • I am a big believer in faith. I believe that everything happens for a reason, whether we realize it or not. I try to live each and every day to the fullest because you never know when your time is up.
  • In the fourth grade I began competition cheerleading and ever since then it has been a major aspect of my life. I've competed at the Cheerleading Worlds in Orlando, FL. for the past four years of my cheerleading career. This will be my fifth year attending Worlds and my eleventh year cheering. I now cheer on the Georgia Bulldogs in football, basketball, volleyball and gymnastics. I am also on the UGA small coed competition team that just competed at the 2012 NCA College Nationals in Daytona Beach, FL.
  • My mom, dad and two younger brothers live in Dacula, GA. My mom is a school teacher and my dad is a manager at the Publix off Atlanta Highway here in Athens. My middle brother, Zach, has Autism and my mother has Multiple Sclerosis. It is very hard for my family and I to deal with the stress that these diseases cause my brother and mother, but we continue pushing on every day.
  • My current major is pre journalism but I plan to apply to Grady College of Mass Communications and Journalism next fall to major in Public Relations. I am quite interested in the field but I am unsure of exactly what I want to do with it. I plan to move to a city like Atlanta, New York, or Miami where I have more career options to pursue with my degree.
