I am motivated by complex challenges and I strongly believe the best way to manage these challenges is through teamwork. I am a team player and I like to work together with people that has different backgrounds and competencies. It comes naturally to me to take a leading and coordinating role in a team, as I am good at understanding people and exploiting what they are good at.

I have a natural curiosity that means I always try to figure out how things work. Here I use my strong analytical skills where I look at different data that I have collected through various methods and try to paint a picture. My analytical side is followed by a desire for creating and developing something new and better. This can be a new process or a new product or service that will mean changes to what we know and be a new and better output. Again this best achieved by collaborating with others and as part of a team. Here my high ambitions and focus on quality ensures that the solution is the best possible solution reached through thorough and hard work.

I am very focused on the role of technology and why it is important to work with technology. Technology is important but it is nothing without a context and the users, meaning the person using the technology in a given situation. I like to work with business development under the assumption that technology in some way will provide value to this development. This can be in the product or service or it can be as part of the digitalized world the company must carry out its processes and activities.
