Teaching journalism at the University of North Texas is just one aspect of my life. I'm also an award-winning reporter. My work has appeared in alternative weeklies (Dallas Observer, Fort Worth Weekly, LA Weekly) and newspapers (Dallas Morning News, the Denton Record Chronicle, Fort Worth Star-Telegram).
