Christian Pedoty

A highly experienced law enforcement professional, Christian Pedoty began his career as a member of the United States Army's Military Police Corps. Spending the majority of his military service in Germany, he completed a number of specialized training courses and participated in exercises with the peacekeeping forces of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). In addition, Christian Pedoty distinguished himself as the recipient of five achievement-based awards, including an honor granted on behalf of the German government for apprehending a perpetrator of assault.

After leaving his military post under an honorable discharge, Christian S. Pedoty entered the New York City Police Academy to train for a civilian career. He graduated as valedictorian of his class and subsequently rose through increasing levels of responsibility. As a commanding officer, Chris Pedoty leveraged his own in-depth training to develop a number of continuing education programs for his subordinates. He has also developed a number of process optimization initiatives and policy improvements, thus displaying a proactive mindset. He achieved similar success as chief of a Massachusetts police department, where he served until he entered private security in 2012. Chief Pedoty now works as regional manager of Paragon Systems, where he oversees a federal contract program with the Department of Homeland Security.
