Christian Prusinski

Currently preparing to become an osteopathic physician, Christian Prusinski earned a bachelor of science in biology from the University of Central Florida, where he won recognition for his exceptional academic achievement. In addition to graduating with a perfect grade point average and making the dean's list every semester, Prusinski won the UCF Founders' Scholar Award, the Pegasus Gold Scholarship, and the Florida Academic Scholars Award. Some of Christian Prusinski's other honors include membership in the Golden Key International Honour Society and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. In order to collaborate with his peers, he joined the Pre-Professional Medical Society and the Pre-Med American Medical Student Association.
Beyond his work in the classroom, Christian Prusinski researched Alzheimer's disease for a professor in the College of Medicine and shadowed multiple local physicians, including David Feldman, MD, and John Sweeney, DO. Committed to becoming a community leader, he spent hundreds of hours volunteering and undertook studies outside of his major in interdisciplinary leadership. When he has time to himself, he enjoys driving open wheel race cars, skiing, and skeet shooting.
