I am a 57 year old married woman, I've been a nurse for over 15 years now. I have 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren, FREE AT LAST! I have always loved crafting, sewing, knitting, drawing , and repurposing old furniture and clothes. I finally have made the time to really do it on a daily basis. I have a work studio now in the house with tools, paints, sewing machines, and canvas, and beads and wire to make my own jewelry. Most I keep: some I sell to others. I get really inspired with a lot of DIY's on the Pinterest website. I'm going to start this blog, and share my experiences with you all, even do some recipes for meals, and some recipes for health conditions and beauty aids. I am a plus size woman so most of the time I will be looking at talking about plus size fashion and give some shopping hints when I can. I love to repurpose clothes from the thrift shop and I'll post the pictures of them. clothes, handbags, jewelry, garden art, and old dressers and stuff.
