I would consider myself new to blogging even though it is something I've done many years ago. As my life is more established now I believe it will be something I will enjoy. In this blog you will read about my life in Orlando, my adventures with a great guy, my precious cat, cooking, and my employment at the most MAGICAL place on earth.

Thomas and I love to cook together. It is one of my favorite ways to spend time with him. I enjoy trying new recipes whether it was prepared by me or in a restaurant. Meal planning is something that I look forward to each week; the grocery shopping for it, not so much.

Reading is another way I like to unwind after a long day or just during my free time. Occasionally I'll write a review for a book I've recently finished but there is something I love in everything I read.

I love taking vacations. Whether its a stay-cation, a week on the ocean, or a day trip to the coast, I am always looking forward to new adventures.
