Hello, I’m Christil (Patience) Adjei, a Fashion Designer, Creative Director, Fashion Consultant, and Mentor with nearly a decade of experience in the fashion industry.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (BSc.) in Home Economics with a concentration in Fashion Designing, a foundation that has equipped me with both the technical and creative expertise required to thrive in the ever-evolving world of fashion.

As the Creative Director of PAMstitches, I lead the creative vision behind the brand, designing pieces that celebrate elegance, confidence, culture, and individuality. My passion lies in transforming ideas into beautiful garments that help people express themselves through style.

Over the past ten years, I have dedicated myself to mastering the art of design, pattern making, garment construction, and fashion entrepreneurship. Beyond creating fashion, I am deeply committed to developing people. As a fashion consultant and mentor, I have had the privilege of guiding aspiring designers and fashion entrepreneurs across Ghana and other parts of Africa, helping them build skills, confidence, and sustainable careers in the industry.

I believe fashion is more than clothing—it’s a powerful tool for self-expression, empowerment, and storytelling. Through my work, I strive to inspire creativity, promote excellence, and contribute to the growth of Africa’s fashion ecosystem.
