Christina has spent the greater part of her life living in beautiful Northern California, enjoying the landscape - hiking, biking, running, and all things fitness related. Growing up, she was always athletic, specifically, competitive running, dancing, and volleyball. While currently working in public relations and social media, Christina has also realized one of her true passions lay in fitness, mentorship, and inspiring others to be the most healthy version of themselves. She began her journey into fitness in high school, when she joined her first gym and became addicted ever since. She has continued to explore this love of fitness to find the most unique, inspiring, and fun-filled classes. She loves to discover new ways to move the body, and truly believes movement is medicine.

She started a fitness blog to share her passion with others about leading a fit and healthy lifestyle, and enjoys being a part of the fitness community. As an avid fitness enthusiast who enjoys everything from yoga and Pilates to cycling and TRX, Christina brings a strong and motivational personality, and hopes to push clients to reach beyond their comfort zone to become the strongest, happiest, and best versions of themselves. Christina is a certified personal trainer and a TRX trainer.
