Hello! I have been doing healing work for the last 15 years in Seattle and Los Angeles, in a private practice setting, wellness centers and at Yoga/Healing Retreats. I am Licensed and Certified in Bodywork (treatment focused/ deep tissue massage), Structural Alignment, Orthopedic: Injury Rehabilitation, Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki.

My approach to healing involves working with the physical, energetic, and psycho-emotional layers of the individual that have become stuck/stagnant. When there is stagnation caused by injury, stress or trauma, it shows up as a variety of symptoms, depending on the individual's genetics and/or history.. In your healing session, we call for health and movement by using a combination of modalities:

Craniosacral Therapy (to balance the nervous system which influences the physical body)

Energetic Alignment (an intuitive approach to bring balance to the interconnected energetic matrix)

Interactive Bodywork (a blend of myofascial release, movement and deep muscle therapy to address physical and structural imbalances)

Breath Work (breathing into those places we are calling for a shift is one way our brain communicates our will to the body, using conscious intention.)

My intention as your practitioner is to hold a safe and nurturing space, while skillfully creating a session that will leave you feeling structurally balanced and energetically connected.
