I work as a technical support trainee with a tech support company based in the US. The company is well-known for Roku customer support services that provides Roku online help. I handle clients who face technical problems in their Roku devices. Working in this company has helped me to improve my technical and communication skills to a great extent. My manager and the entire team is highly cooperative. They have helped me to learn a lot about new skills and technologies. I also work as a part-time travel photographer, especially on weekends.
