I have over 20 years of experience in Performance Management and Development for sales organizations. During that time I have worked one-on-one with employees to improve their personal performance, and also with sales managers and business owners to coach, mentor, and develop effective sales teams.

On a personal note, I have a wonderful family (husband, two kids, and three step-kids). In addition we share our home with four shelter dogs and a cat.

I'm active in our church, Church of the King, Katy, and enjoy working with the pre-school children there.
