If you looked on the nightstand next to my bed in the house I grew up in, you'd see notes of a 9-year-old me that outline the Saturday Night Live character ideas I had for when I landed my dream job. I'm currently working hard to make that 9-year-old girl proud.

First and foremost, I'm an actor and an improviser. To support my career as a working actor, I do educational technology at American University Library in Washington, DC. In August 2014 I completed the training program at the Washington Improv Theater, and I have also taken classes at the Studio Theatre Conservatory. I also have both a BA and MA in Philosophy from American University, which I get to use from time to time when exposing logical fallacies at parties and problem-solving abstractly at my day job. I'm also a lover of languages, having studied several, a diehard Orioles fan, and I breathe the rarefied air of someone who has lived in the DC Metropolitan Area her entire life - well, except for one year when I lived and studied in Edinburgh, Scotland.

In my spare time, I knit, I spoil my amazing cat, Sarge, and I delight in the times when the elevator goes from the very bottom floor to the very top floor without stopping.
