Christina Janke

As a young Padawan of six years old, Christina picked up her first game controller. She read her first comic book at nine, which inspired her to write her first comic at twelve.

Christina is no stranger to searching for a path to find the right fit. She found that in writing when she wrote little stories for her cousins in the Philippines, and again when her Literature professor discovered her unique writing style and signed her up for the English program.

After graduation, Christina spent the next two years finding her niche within the vast plains of creativity already brimming with writers. Fast-forward to three years later, she had become a regular writer for Screen Invasion, and then she was made EIC at Agents of Geek; she began hosting her own podcast -- Intro to Geek -- and she was featured in an all-women geek calandar (Women of Geekdom 2013).

Christina's presently all-consuming ego yearns for more (MOAR!) opportunities to create, to climb that ladder of joviality that can only be found in writing.
