I am a Master’s Candidate at DePaul University, studying Health Communication. I have a passion for helping people and leading them towards a healthier path. My studies at DePaul have given me experience in patient-provider communication, health literacy, and public relations in the health care context. I was inspired to further my education and align my career in health care by my personal passion for living a happy, healthy, and active lifestyle.

Currently, I am working at PUSH Wellness Solutions as a Wellness Associate. This role allows me to reach out to people who have questions about their health. I use my coaching skills to connect with PUSH participants who want to better themselves through small, yet significant changes.

My strong driving force is what got me where I am today, working in a career field that I am passionate about. I am an upbeat natural born leader who brings positivity to any environment. I am known for my excellent interpersonal communication skills and creativity. My inner strategic strength allows me to sort through the clutter and find the best route to solve a problem. I have the ability to see patterns that others cannot see. I maximize my strengths to stimulate personal excellence.
