I’m a freelance Writer, Editor and Translator. After working five years for Australia's premier environmental organisation, I became self-employed to foster work balance as well as my creative writing, and linguistic skills. Besides working on a novel and having contributed stories to ABC's Open website, I spent four years as the Chief Translator for Cultural Adaptation in a prominent multinational technology corporation. Nowadays, my main focus are literary and artistic translations for the publishing industry (Italian/English). Besides translating literary content and specialising in software localisation, I also write subtitles for film and television. I’m a NAATI (National Australian Authority for Interpreters and Translators) accredited translator and refined my natural fiction and non-fiction writing abilities under respected figures within the Australian literary community, distinguishing myself for the high standard of my academic achievements. After graduating from Australia’s premier Professional Writing and Editing programme in 1999, a love for travel and original content has lead me to international collaborations across electronic media, publishing and broadcasting.
