I am an animated personality with a repertoire of engaging laughs which I cultivated in my formative years. I am also a social change driven creative who is interested in the intersection of art, communication and health and deeply invested in improving health promotions, education and healthcare delivery.

A multidisciplinary arts creator, I have practiced as a theatre artist and trained in dance and classical piano. Active in the arts community, I am Advisory Chair of North York Arts, and priorly served as Board Vice-Chair for Scarborough Arts.

As a marketing and communications strategist, I have worked at a number of non-profit arts and social service organizations. I am currently marketing manager for a national health charity. I believe in causes that positively change the lives of individuals and communities.

I live with a chronic disease which has been the catalyst for numerous healthcare encounters and experiences, and helped shaped me into a strong and engaged advocate in my own healthcare and the care of others.

This blend of diverse perspectives led me to build an emerging arts and health practice which integrates communication strategies with unique arts-based approaches to explore health and address health issues.
