I graduated in 2017 with a 4 yr. Bachelor's degree in Environmental science.
My time in university was spent learning math and science with a central focus on Environmental sustainability, wildlife and resource management.
After university I attained a UAV pilot license and worked 2 years for Manitoba Crop Diversity operating as a drone pilot for agricultural research. I continue to hold my license and am a part of a registered Canadian UAV Pilot Network.
In 2018 I was an Educational Assistant for Brandon University Accessibility Services, and this is when I made the decision to continue my education to become a teacher. I realized that I love learning and want to share that passion with others.
I strive to provide an inclusive and compassionate classroom. I believe that each student has the right to a fair and equitable learning environment where they feel safe to engage in their personal learning experience at their full potential
When I’m not teaching in the classroom, I am a busy mom volunteering with children's sports, and my free time is spent in the gym. I am an aspiring strongwomen and actively involved with competitive powerlifting sports.
