Christine Benway

My name is Christine Benway and I am a sophomore at Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY. I am studying Integrated Marketing Communications while minoring in Legal Studies. I have recently worked with ICTV Publicity and I am also a current member of the American Advertising Federation, or AAF. With AAF, I recently worked on the board of the Advertising Competition, Creative Crunch. I am the marketing and communications chair for the club, First Book. I am also a member of WIC, or Women in Communications. I worked on the morning talk show at my high school. I have always had the dream of one day working for an agency and working with various clients. I aspire to intern with Disney and other companies. I am planning to intern in Los Angeles for the Fall of 2013. Aside from LA and local internships in the summers, I would also like to intern in New York City for a semester. The entertainment industry just really interests me and I look forward to working with all types of Advertising and Public Relations. I also enjoy photography and I am hoping to incorporate that passion within my career.
