I am currently the I.T. & Marketing Director for John Eagle Honda of Houston where I am responsible for leading and driving social media strategy, programming and execution for an automotive dealership, including strategy development, program conception and execution, measurement of social programs, and leadership. Current responsibilities include:

‣ Planning and directing social media campaigns in collaboration with national, regional, and local dealer advertising.

‣Maintenance of all social media sites including generating new and engaging content.

‣Writing and revising content for press releases, blogs, and websites.

‣Monitoring website provider; suggest campaigns, design, and technical implementations.

‣Tracking growth and effectiveness of social media campaigns.

‣Providing hardware and software support, coordinating repair/upgrade/installation efforts with third party vendor.

‣Working directly for and with Owner/Managing Partner and General Manager on advertising plans.

‣Drafting immediate responses to public reviews; serve as the initial point of contact for Customer Relation Management.

‣Vetting and researching third party vendors’ products and demonstrations to determine suitability.

‣Usage of graphic design skills to create engaging material for internal and promotional use.

I was previously a Social Media Specialist responsible for leading and driving social media strategy, programming and execution, including strategy development, program conception and execution, and measurement of social programs.

I identified and defined social media opportunities for auto dealerships as they align with their digital marketing goals and strategies. I understand how social media fits into holistic marketing plans and goals so I built sound business strategies while remaining accountable for the quality of all social media plans/strategies/services delivered to dealers as well as dealer satisfaction. I worked closely with and advised dealerships and other internal social media experts on execution of social media programs and new business opportunities. I also defined feature development, business impact, and consistent engagement policies with digital team for social media.
