Here at HBA, we don’t play small. We take INSPIRED action and PLAY outside of our comfort zones because we know that’s where breakthroughs happen!

I’m a Bronx, New York native. I’ve got Southern, Jamaican and Bermudian roots. I moved to Atlanta, GA right before I started 10th grade and though I didn’t realize it at the time…it was the best thing that could have ever happened to me. I’ve always loved performing. I talked to myself and my dolls growing up as an only child. My favorite game was “store” and I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit. I’m extremely driven, focused and passionate. I’m the person my friends come to when they want to get things DONE!

My big break came in 2006 when I booked a role with the national touring company of Disney’s THE LION KING.

After working with multiple companies for over 5 years, I knew TV & Film was my next focus.

My first attempt at living in Los Angeles in 2011 did not go well. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I assumed my Broadway and extensive regional theatre credits would catapult my success in Hollywood.

I was wrong.

Talent without strategy left me confused, depressed and broke. So, I moved back to Atlanta to train, reset and get my mind right.

I knew it was time to come back to Los Angeles after booking a series regular role on an ABC sitcom. In 2017, now married, I returned with unshakeable faith and whatever could fit in my car…along with my husband Garland, my dog Prince and my turtle Superstar (may she rest in peace.) I began documenting my actor life every day on Facebook LIVE and my daily musings became popular! My online show turned into “Actors Daily Bread” and our Hollywood Bound Actors community was born. It was because of actors like YOU…who were hungry and eager to learn the real deal about Hollywood.
