I am a proud Almuni of Lyceum Of the Philipines University and took up Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management major in cruiseline management. after my graduatition I started working in the hospitality industry since i was 19. I have worked in Alexandria,Virginia and Baltimore, Maryland and last 2011 I got a chance to work for Holland America Line for 2 years. Now I am teaching culinary and tourism for STI Makati.
Since I started working as a chef I have always wanted to share my passion for food. I make my own recipes and never get scared of trying out new cuisines. now I am very much interested in Molecuar Gastronomy. I hope that one day I'd be able to share it with my students.
Besides form cooking I also love dogs. I have two adorable dogs. if i am not a chef i'd probably be a veterinarian.
