I am an independent social business consultant, responsible for the delivery of social media strategies and other communcations requirements designed to advance companies' strategic goals. I built my career at Bell Aliant, one of North America's leading telecommunications providers, where I developed and launched the company's first social media customer resolution program. As a pioneer in social media at Bell Aliant, I managed Bell Aliant's online presence including the company's bilingual corporate Intranet and Investor websites as well as its social media presence on Twitter and Facebook. I have 15 years of experience in the development and implementation of online and marketing communication strategies and programs, as well as considerable knowledge in CEO, senior leadership and employee communications.
