A little bit about me ...

My professional social media and digital marketing experience dates back to 2007, the year I founded the e-commerce t-shirt brand Retro Campaigns, through my most recent work as a digital marketing consultant. Prior to my current role, I was a Social Media Director - first at pioneering content company Freshwire, and later when Freshwire was integrated into FH ContentWorks, the global content marketing initiative from FleishmanHillard.

I've also written articles spanning the tech and pop culture universe, both freelance and for a daily blog.

I believe creative technologies will define the next era of digital marketing, and as a lifelong tinkerer, I'm a particularly big fan of Arduino, Raspberry Pi and other microcontroller boards, and I try to get in as many projects as my free time allows, particularly related to wearable technology, interactive design and the Internet of Things.
