Christine Montague

I am a Canadian visual artist, (B.F.A., B.Sc.) a representational painter, known for for my figurative landscape oil paintings and portrait commissions (Oscar Peterson, Living Arts Centre, Mississauga) . My paintings have been in over 50 art shows, many juried & award-winning) in west Toronto, Mississauga, & Halton. I have been on the art boards of Williams Mill Visual Arts Centre, Beaux-Arts Brampton, & The Lakeview Legacy Foundation. After a recent trip trip to Cape Dorset and Iqaluit in Nunavut (Canada's arctic), I became even more passionate about the polar bears' tenuous future and so these great white bears now serve as my muse to my paintings, drawings, & art blog.
