I currently work as an advisor with Apple, Inc. I troubleshoot iPhones, iPads, iTunes, Beats, Macs, etc. I love helping people learn more about their devices and making sure they get the most out of them! I call myself a tech interpreter as I can communicate between techs and non techs easily!

I have a strong background in customer service including education, technology, employment, and disabilities.
