Christoph Hagen

Christoph Hagen – is a Senior Finance and Internal Audit executive with 15 years of international experience, today on Finance and Real Estate Management. He has advised and worked closely with CEOs from top-tier public and private organizations spanning a broadcasting, real estate and IT industry agenda. He was a long-term member of the EBU – Internal audit steering committee.

Christoph Hagen is a specialist for the development of organizational units and portfolio aspects. He has a track record of successfully shaping and delivering successful Real Estate and Internal Audit Structures, strengthening Corporate Governance. Strong background in Finance, Internal Audit and HR.

Previous executive roles were leading an Internal Audit Department and responsibility as Compliance Manager at a large Public Broadcasting Company (WDR Westdeutscher Rundfunk). He gained additional experience as Head of a Real Estate Department and leading a HR function including the building and leading of high-performing multicultural and cross-functional teams for employers and customers. He has the ability to provide healthy balance of strategic and operational leadership across all levels of the organization.

Christoph Hagen worked and consulted into companies in Germany, Great Britain and Europe. His projects took him world-wide, to the USA, across Europe and East-Africa. He is today based in Germany.
