Christopher Goisse

Christopher Goisse has been an accomplished healthcare professional with an impressive educational background. He started his academic journey by pursuing an associate's degree as a registered nurse from the Pennsylvania State University - Penn State Fayette - Eberly Campus in 2005. His passion for nursing led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the same university.

After completing his BSN, Christopher pursued a dual degree in a Master of Science in Nursing, Nursing Administration, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Waynesburg University. His thirst for knowledge did not stop there. He expanded his skill set by earning a post-master certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing/Nursing from the same university. He gained practical experience during his clinical rotations in private outpatient practice and treatment of the severe/chronic mentally ill population.

Throughout his career, Christopher has obtained various certifications and licenses, including Clozaril REMS certification, Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), DEA license with Suboxone waiver, Registered tax preparer in Maryland, and Certified Correctional Healthcare Professional.

Christopher's dedication and commitment to his profession have resulted in several notable accomplishments. His efforts to improve healthcare processes and the quality of care have been remarkable. He overhauled the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) healthcare risk management program, saving the United States Marshals Service $1.6 million in healthcare costs during the fiscal year 2016. His proficiency in his work led to the successful passing of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO) and American Correction Association (ACA) reviews.
