My mission is simple: Enlighten Firefighters & Officers, as to the benefits and potential outcomes of promoting an atmosphere of positive leadership so that they can feel fulfilled in their careers and by having a safe environment to create trust with each other.

Though the Quebec system is different, I have the equivalent of Fire Officer III and IV. A prior learning assessment will determine in the near future that I meet and/or exceed the core job performance skills of those qualifications and have demonstrated skills in the real world application of same.

Please note, I presently on a Bachelor of Public Safety Administration with the Justice Institute of British Columbia.I believe my motivation; dedication, passion and determination have been proven through my career progression and continuous education in order to keep current on public safety issues and emerging technologies, legislations, policies and procedures, in particular the different awards and work I have been known for doing.
