Christopher Polvado

Christopher Polvado is a business executive, Senior Executive Business Analyst, and strategic consultant with more than 25 years of experience in leadership, operational management, and business development. Based in Trophy Club, Texas, he works with small- and medium-sized businesses to improve profitability, enhance operational performance, and develop sustainable growth plans in his role at Cogent Analytics. Before joining the organization in 2021, he spent more than 14 years in a regional leadership role and over 12 years as an independent business consultant and analyst.

Polvado attended Tarleton State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. After graduating in 1994, he entered the business world and began building his professional career.

From June 1994 through October 2008, Christopher served as a regional director, gaining valuable experience in team leadership, operational oversight, and business management. During this time, he developed strong skills in leadership development, strategic planning, and relationship management. He focused on helping teams improve performance, increasing accountability, and supporting organizational success.

In 2008, Polvado shifted his focus to consulting and business analysis. Between March 2009 and November 2021, he worked independently as a Business Analyst and Consultant. Throughout those 12 years, he advised companies on process improvement, budgeting, forecasting, and leadership effectiveness. His work centered on helping businesses strengthen internal systems, improve profitability, and support long-term growth.

Christopher joined Cogent Analytics in December 2021 as a Senior Executive Business Analyst. In this role, he assists business owners across multiple industries by reviewing operations, evaluating financial results, and identifying opportunities for improvement. His professional strengths include operations management, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement, and marketing strategy.

Polvado's leadership philosophy is rooted in servant leadership. He believes effective leaders support others, build stronger teams, and create environments where people can succeed together. He places a strong emphasis on accountability, communication, and maintaining a clear sense of purpose when making business decisions.

Christopher Polvado has also dedicated time to community and faith-based service. He has supported the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for approximately 10 years and has been involved with Elevate Life Church in Frisco, Texas, for approximately 20 years. These commitments reflect his ongoing interest in mentorship, service, leadership, and community involvement.
